It arrived in 3 weeks after ordering a racket. I have to put on a string tie. It was the end of the year, so I thought it would take longer, but it was delivered sooner than expected. Thank you. I will use it well. I am sorry that I cannot play tennis due to corona.

Great racket. Thought it will be quite heavy at 315g unstrung but actually it's very well balanced and feel lighter that my Yonex 305g racket. Only have it for a few days but im very happy with it. It's great racket for power, control and spin. Can't complain.

Precise and manageable racket, it allows a powerful and very fast outing serve. Despite the weight it is manageable under the net.

i've been playing with this racket for a few weeks now. was very excited to get it. i'm a 4.0 in my early 40's that's played for about 30 years. i was coming from an older, much stiffer racket (dunlop revelation isis 95) that i'm used to having ,to string at high tension to maintain control (62-67lbs). i also have a graphene xt prestige pro with a 16x19 string pattern, which i found wasn't for me (the control wasn't there like i'd hoped). i had my 360+ gravity pro strung with tourna big hitter silver 7 tour strings at the racket's max recommended tension (57lbs), with the strings pre-tensioned by 10% to ensure tension maintenance. results so far: lots of flex for a "control" oriented racket - i definitely wouldn't call it "stiff". it has slightly more flex than the graphene xt prestige pro. it is heavy to swing (takes more effort to maneuver at net than i'm used to), and i feel like i've had an arm workout after every time out on the courts. if you're a serve and volley player (like i was trained to be) this racket may not be ideal for you. the control is definitely there, but the release time is less instant than i'm used to (i.e. on stiffer rackets that accommodate for higher stringing tensions) and for a player like me can take some getting used to (i'm still getting used to it). as far as power, i am able to generate plenty, even with the strings at max tension (my nickname in high school tennis was "power"), but if you are wanting a racket that defaults to power - forget it - this racket's default is control with a nice, big, forgiving sweet spot...if you want power you will have to generate it with full swings and proper stepping volleys at net. this plays very different from my older stiffer racket, which i can basically hold in place at net to volley shots back. with this i actually have to step into the ball and generate racket speed just to get the ball back over the net! but it certainly defaults to control... one thing my dunlop revelation isis 95 and the 360+ gravity pro share is that they were both considered cutting edge technology when released. i'm used to a "ping" with my high strung dunlop revelation, where the ball hardly sits on the strings at all. the 360+ gravity pro, strung at 57lbs has more of a "thud", feels a lot heavier to swing, and has a lot more flex. my arm feels it every time after using the gravity pro...not that it's giving me tennis elbow, but just that it's more of a workout to use than what i'm used to due to the increased weight. (it feels considerably heavier, and my revelation is not considered a lightweight racket) ultimately, if you're a baseliner looking for a racket on the heavier end (e.g. for plough through) that defaults to control, with a generous sweet spot, a medium amount of flexibility (for comfort), and is able to generate decent spin despite having ,a 18x20 string pattern (for control), this racket may be for you! in closing, i intuitively feel this racket provides more control than i'm used to, but i'm still not used to the release time or way the ball flies off the strings...this may be due to the graphene technology. the flexibility combined with lower string tension and graphene spiralfiber technology is going to take some getting used to. and i still can't decide if the racket itself is generating more or less power based on how much swing i put into it (dynamic), or if it is providing a constant response (static) with regard to power generation, and it is just me that is not used to having ,such a pro racket. i think with my dunlop revelation, the response was always constant (static), like playing with a board. and that's what i've been used to for tournament play. with this racket, when i ramp up my power, it seems to generate more power of its own that wasn't there on softer shots...but i could be imagining it.

Excellent service and performance

I was quite happy with the price and delivery service. I have been playing with this new racket nearly one month. At the first time, I felt a little even balanced swing weight because my old one was Head 360 Speed Pro and Wilson RF Autograph but after small customized with 4g lead tape attached at the end of grip, there is no any blame for power, spin, control and maneuver.
