How to use agility ladders?

First of all, you can easily perform ladder drills by placing an agility ladder on the ground.

Your movement must be focused and relaxed. Learn the technique before increasing speed.
Finally, make a rapid change of direction and run back to the other end of the ladder by following the same technique.
