Babolat Pure Storm Tour + GT:
Pure Storm Tour + Gt
The Babolat Pure Storm Tour GT gets both a technology and cosmetic update in this latest evolution of the Pure Storm Tour. With the added GT Technology (Graphite Tungsten), we found this racquet to provide an even more stable and solid feel.
Graphite Tungsten is a hybrid material, combining braided carbon fibers and tungsten filaments, which Babolat claims increases energy recovery by 10%. With virtually identical specs to its predecessor, control is the main focus with this racquet.
penetrating shots from all areas of the court thanks to its head light balance and open string pattern. Up at net, the weight and torsional stability made the Pure Storm Tour GT an asset.
We were able to put away easy volleys while handling the hard hit passing shots. The new Skin Feel grip adds even more feel to the overall setup. All in all, we found this to be a very solid players stick, with added stability from the previous version.
Recommended for intermediate to advanced players. Racquet does not come with a cover.
