RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What are the valid reasons to return my product?

Tradeinn allows you 30 days to return/exchange a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of retraction starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return/exchange the product within this time frame, with your invoice and the completed Returns Form. In case you wish to exchange the product, we will send the parcel free of charge via the standard delivery.

The present right of return/exchange only applies to products that are returned in their original and complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.

NOTE: Please do not tape up, or attach labels direct to the retail packaging, please wrap the product first.

Are there some items I cannot return?

Once you receive a product, if you are unsatisfied in any way, return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date, and we will replace the product or credit your account.

Please Note: Any products purchased during Flash Sales cannot be returned to Tradeinn except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage occurred during shipment.

Can I return unsuitable items and is it free?

Unsuitable goods can only be returned in an unworn/unused state. Please securely wrap your parcel and send to the address below. We not pay for return postage in this case; this will be at your own cost.

Please remember that the products are your responsibility, as a customer, until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send any returns by a postal/courier service that provides insurance for the value of the goods, a dispatch certificate or document and a signed proof of delivery. Please retain your Certificate of Posting and hold onto it until you have received your refund from us. You will be refunded by the payment method used for your original purchase.

It normally takes around 10 working days for your products to be received and proceeded. If you complete your email details when you place your order, we are able to send you an email as soon as we receive your returned items.

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

Believe it or not we do make mistakes on the odd occasion! If we've sent you a part which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will happily exchange it and the postage costs for returning the item. Please fill the Return/Exchange Form in our Returns page You will be asked to enter your order number, E-mail and the reason for returning.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

We do everything in our power to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition but if there is a problem with faulty or damaged goods please fill the Return/Exchange Form in our Returns page: Your order number, E-mail and the reason for returning.

How do I prepare my parcel for return?

The product have to be new and sealed in its wrapping, and unused. When preparing to return a parcel to us please make sure you have replaced all items to be returned back in their original packaging and place inside the parcel.

Where possible please return items in their original packaging. If for any reason you no longer have this packaging and are returning an item to us, please use suitable packaging such as a plastic bag, to return your item. Please make sure the alternate packaging covers the item completely and is waterproof.

Please join in your parcel, a copy of the invoice and the guarantee certificate (if supplied). In the "Returns and Exchange Form", please explain the product you return and the reason.

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.
